Creative, gourmet dishes are created and paired with a delicious BC wine for an experience like no other. Menus can be altered to suit the tastes and needs of vegetarians and those with food allergies.
The Apres-disiac tour features taste tests of Whistler Brewery Lager, Sumac Ridge Stellar's Jay Brut, NK'Mip Pinot Noir, Pellar Estates Merlot and Prospect Vidal Icewine.
